As we continue our journey with this powerful and nutritional program, we are facing a few problematic situations. First, the Jewish holiday, Passover. Certain items are not to be eaten and of course, the holiday meal(s) are very huge ( as are all Jewish celebrations except Yom Kippur, when we fast). We also have to retrain our eating when it comes to restaurant reviews.
I must say that thanks to our change in dining due to the three meals a day program, we have learned we “must” keep an eye on calorie count per day. At this point, Jane has lost almost 13 pounds, and I have lost 15 ( and three inches on my waistline). As far as we can see, this program is quite successful, and we plan of continuing forward to reach our goals.
The meals are wonderful and the assortment is unbelievable. It is very seldom that there is a duplicate meal, and this has been over an extended period.

We are now starting month two and to date, all seems exactly ( or better) than anticipated. Today, we weighed in with over 10 pounds off during this 4 week period. I am closer to 15 pounds and have shaved two inches off my waist. I bought some tight fitting jeans in a 38 rather than loose fitting size 40. That is a truly great feeling, but I only bought two pair as I feel that it won’t be that long and I will be down to 36.
It is pretty amazing that during these weeks, we have yet to duplicate a meal. Sure, some have been similar, but the exact meals have not been duplicated. Tonight we had a meat loaf that was out of this world with a BBQ sauce that made the potatoes special.
This is a diet plan that works. I have not found myself hungry and the delivery system is flawless. As I said at the outset, we do not go pick our meals up, but instead have them delivered every Monday and Thursday morning. I am notified by text when the shipment is on the way, and then when it is delivered. I unpack and dispose of the recyclable packaging and we are good to go until the second deliver. It is simple, easy and works! What else can one expect from a healthy eating program? Oh yes, to lose weight and this one works!
