***** Whatever happened to Cindy-Lou Who—the sweet 2-year-old who melted the heart of the green Grinch on Christmas Eve 40 years ago? We all remember that moment from Dr. Seuss’s beloved tale. But times change, people grow up, and in Who’s Holiday! Cindy-Lou is no longer that innocent toddler from Whoville. She’s now a bold, brassy, hysterically unfiltered adult with a lifetime of stories to spill—and she’s ready to tell all.
Matthew Lombardo’s wickedly funny one-woman show, directed with sharp comic timing by Christopher Pazdernik, gives Cindy-Lou the spotlight as she recounts the past four decades with a mix of heart, attitude, and plenty of adult humor. Veronica Garza completely owns the role, delivering a performance that is bright, sassy, and wildly entertaining. She can act, sing, drink, curse, and command the stage—sometimes all at once. Garza keeps the audience laughing nonstop, even when Cindy-Lou’s life veers into deliciously chaotic territory.
The premise is simple: Cindy-Lou has invited her old friends from Whoville to her trailer for a Christmas Eve celebration. The moment you walk into Theatre Wit, you’re transported. The entire stage has been transformed into a picture-perfect slice of Whoville—complete with hills, snow, festive décor, and the most delightfully detailed mobile home imaginable. Full credit to Art Director Angela Weber Miller, whose set design is nothing short of magical. Lighting Designer Shelley Strasser and Costume Designer Uriel Gomez add the final touches that make this 65-minute holiday romp visually irresistible.
A note for parents: this show is absolutely for adults, and yes—if you insist on bringing children, the “kid ticket price” is humorously listed as $500. Adult tickets range from $39–$65, and with Theatre Wit’s intimate layout, there truly isn’t a bad seat in the house.

Parking is now available for $10 in the back lot of Kubo, payable at the box office. You can also snag a discount through SpotHero.
So grab your vodka—or your Malört if you’re brave—and get ready for a hilarious, irreverent, and surprisingly heartwarming night that will answer all your lingering questions about what happened after that fateful Christmas in Whoville. This show is pure holiday mischief and a great seasonal escape.
