Those of you who have read my restaurant reviews and have heard us talk about Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille. This is a national chain that had its start as a butcher shop, so when it comes to meat, they are experts. They are known for their meats and in particular their “Famous Pork Chop”, so what they do is send out a pork chop to let us know that they are almost ready to open their latest space in Vernon Hills at The Hawthorn Shopping Center located at 1050 N. Milwaukee Avenue.
The scheduled ( anticipated) opening is April 15th and I am hopeful that jane and I will be there to enjoy and meet the staff that we will become freinds with. Meanwhile, the box came, and a perfectly beautiful pork chop is waiting to be prepared ( comes with instructions) to get us ready for the premise dining experience awaiting us.
