Ice Cream- You Scream contests results

The Ice Cream war is over! Yes, thanks to Windy City Sweets and the many who frequent this amazing shop located at 3308 N. Broadway in Chicago, Special Gifts Theatre will be the true winner of the competition between WCPT radio’s “Out Chicago” and “Around The Town Chicago” hosts.

Each co-host selected a flavor back in the spring- as each flavor sold scoops, money was donated to the Special Gifts Theatre Company by John Manchester, owner of Windy City Sweets.

The final number are IN-

First place- Scott Duff with “Sea Turtle”    834 scoops

Second Place-Ellen Miller with Chocolate Peanut Butter-     773 scoops

Third place-  Al Bresloff with Pistachio-   501 scoops

Fourth Place- Frank Meccia with Windy City Fudge 488 scoops

Total number of scoops   2,596

Donation to Special Gifts Theatre   $649.00
