Ice Cream contest update

As of July 15th, the following is the status of scoops of ice cream sold in the “Out Chicago” versus “Around The Town Chicago” contest- WCPT820 radio

As you might recall, Scott, Ellen, Frank and I all met at Windy City Sweets in Chicago. After doing several flavor checks, each selected a favorite, and that is theirs for the duration of te contest. Each scoop of all 4 flavors is worth a donation to Special Gifts Theatre Company, and should help at least one participant get a scholarship.

To date, here are the results:

Scott   430 scoops ( Sea Turtle)

Ellen  325 scoops (Chocolate Peanut Butter)

Al     240 scoops ( I guess lots of people are allergic to nuts, but this flavor is SOOOO good!!  Pistachio

Frank   230 scoops (Windy City Fudge)

Windy Sweets is located at 3308 N. Broadway, where you will find a great selection of candy, lots of ice cream flavors ( buy ours and help an actor)
