As mentioned on Around The Town Chicago -today’s broadcastSpecial Gifts Theatre has some shows coming up that they want you to know about. 
This is a very special theater company that works with people who otherwise might never try to spread their wings and take on a theatrical performance.
Watching these young men and women develop their skills is an experience that will benefit both the players and the audience. The plays are what is known as a “junior” version, but the story is still told in its entirety.
Here is the schedule for performances this winter/ spring:
- January 21 – COL Fame in Winnetka
- February 3 & 4 – MTC Moana in Chicago
- February 10 & 11 – MTL Lion King in Libertyville
- March 2 & 3 – MTW High School Musical in Wilmette
- March 9 & 10 – MTW High School in Winnetka
- April 13 & 14 – MTP-RM Moana in Rolling Meadows
- April 21 – COL Fame in Palatine
- May 19 – COL Shrek in Winnetka
All performances are at 2pm. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased on our website: www.specialgiftstheatre.org (direct link to events page)- right now the first 3 performances in January/ February are available for purchase. We usually have tickets available about a month in advance.
