Bring the family to have a great time at one of the many events, including a dunk tank, a bounce house, raffles, kids’ games, prizes, silent auction, and so much more.
Raffle and auction items include (but are not limited to) sports jerseys (Chicago teams), sport event tickets (also Chicago teams), remote starts and aftermarket items, autographed athlete photo(s), indoor and outdoor home decor, free window tints, car care buckets (valued at over $50 each), wine tasting and guided tour for up to 10, electronics, and over 50 different gift cards!
The grill will be fired about around 11 AM, and we will serve food and drinks and we will also have live entertainment!
We will donate 100% of the proceeds to support troops both deployed and at home. Last year, we raised over $6,000, and our goal is to hit $8,000 this year!
In addition to the BBQ for the Troops, be sure to check us out on social media. We, along with other participating dealers, will be running social media contests where fans can nominate a military member or veteran they believe deserves the Ultimate Backyard BBQ. One lucky winner and 50 of their friends will receive the Ultimate Backyard BBQ, which will include a personal cooking demonstration and the chance to meet a Chicago Blackhawks player ambassador. It’s just a small way we can say thank you to someone who has given so much for the rest of our community, so let’s all rally together and show them all our support.

USO BBQ for the Troops Event Happening at Arlington Heights Ford
Once again, Arlington Heights Ford is rallying all local drivers to help raise funds for a great cause. We are firing up our grills on Saturday, July 14, 2018 to support the USO of Illinois and local troops. Arlington Heights Ford is one of many dealerships that partnered with the Chicago Automobile Trade Association to help raise awareness and funds for local troops and their families through a BBQ for the Troops fundraising event. Be sure to head down to the dealership to help us support the men and women who fight every day for our freedom.
