Here we are, approaching Memorial Day week-end, Summer is here at last. Our Spring has been a roller coaster ride of temperature changes, making us feel that Mother Nature is “playing” with us. But once it gets warm, then hot, and then sticky, we all know that there is a fund place just west of the city. A place that has been around for generations bringing smiles to every kids face! That place is Santa’s Village Amusement & Water Park.
I took my kids there when they were little, even before they brought the water park on board. I also took my granddaughter there for their 5th birthday ( they are going to be 26 this Summer) and all the rest of my grandkids as well.
A lot of you heard that the park was gone- sold and no longer around. Ding Dong- WRONG!
Santa’s Village is where it has always been and each year since the supposed farewell, has been adding more rides, amusements, games and activities.
The park is located at 601 Dundee Avenue ( Route 25) in East Dundee Illinois. Check out what is happening at www.SantasVillageDundee.com
The water park ( weather permitting) will be open.
The park has been open on week-ends, but now will be daily- check calendar at www.SantasVillageDundee.com
