RELIV continued

We are into the “shakes” system with RELIV and are now adding products to ours. While Frank is staying on the basic NOW, Jane and I have added several products- Innergize ( orange flavored), Fibrestore ( you can guess why) and a pill called DEFENSE. This little pill is to enable the immune system to be even stronger so that our health issues work to make us immune to what the world has out there for us.

I guess during these “Rod Serling Type” days, whatever we can do is effective ( except the use of sanitizing products, hah, hah!).

Now that we are into the system, let us talk about the results that we are seeing. Jane is not as tired as she was prior to starting on the product and most of her colon related issues seem to be better. My energy level, which is already high is even greater and as we take our “quarantine walks” I find myself keeping pace with the speed-walking Jane. First time I recall this taking place.

Being on blood thinner, I bruise easily , but since being on the program, the black and blue marks don’t some as easily and the ones that I had prior to starting on ReLiv seem to be lightening up. While I will never be a “hand model” I love looking at my hands and not seeing blotches of red or even worse purple.

By the way, the shakes are delicious and filling and because we add fruit and almond milk, very healthy.
