
It’s holiday time and Dobra, owner of Delightful Pastries, is as busy as busy can be. Here is the recipe for her pear cranberry sauce:
Pear Cranberry Sauce
1 lb Anjou ripe pears, peeled cored and cubed
12 oz cranberry sauce
½ cup (100grams) sugar
4 TBL lemon sauce
Cook pears for a couple minutes till soft add cranberries.
Cook over medium high heat till cranberries soften and pop.
Add sugar and lemon juice and bring to a boil.
Sauce is delicious and can be served with roasts or yogurt or on its own.
