Support Local Restaurants and Take Hunger Off the Menu
Every Hunger Action Month, the Greater Chicago Food Depository partners with Chicagoland restaurants to raise awareness of hunger in our community.
86 Hunger Campaign Link to the page that Greater Chicago Food Depository, Windy CIty Sweets and Dolphin Rose are featured on along with approximately 50 vendors .
The 86 Hunger Campaign takes place throughout September and $1 is donated from each and every sale.
Also: Windy City Sweets will be one of 150 featured vendors taking part in this weekend’s Lakeview Art Festival.
They will be featuring 3 kinds of caramel apples (As seen above) They will also be featuring the caramel apples along with custom GCFD, Windy City Sweets and Dolphin Rose cookies near the cash register and…the caramel apples will also be featured near their front door as well!
