John Manchester, A/K/A “the Candy Man”, owner of Windy City Sweets located at 3308 N. Broadway in Chicago is partnering with The Center on Halsted, during this month by offering some special “Rainbow” candy concoctions, that are delicious.
Windy City Sweets will donate 15% of all sales of these items to the Center on Halsted to benefit all the wonderful programs they provide to the local LGBTQ+ community.
