Celebrate Hanukkah in spite of the pandemic! The first night is December 10th and while we cannot ( or should not) celebrate with our family, we can still enjoy the great dinner we expetc and zoom with our loved ones. This is the “Covid Experience”.
To make life easier, Prairie Grass, under the skillful eye of Sarah Stegner, can prepare the traditional meal ( with an added goodie) fpr curbside pick-up so you can enjoy the first night ( of eight).
Dinner for two- Slow braised BBQ all-natural brisket with smashed roasted cauliflower
Potato Latkes with sour cream & Chef Sarah’s apple butter ( apples from Mick Klug Farm)
Chef Sarah’s version of TZIMMES ( a Passover dish that adds something special to this feast)
Mixed green salad with citrus marinated beets, feta & Tahini dressing
Apple cranberry crumble three sisters garden oat topping $108.00 This dinner will serve two)
Ala Carte extras 4 additional Latkes $24 with the fixins
TZIMMES one quart $32
Cauliflower , one quart $20
Florless Chocolate Cake ( one of their specialties) $36 serves 6-8 people.
