Black Beauty Festival – Victory Gradens

Victory Gardens, in partnership with the Black Women’s Expo and Black Owned Chicago is presenting the 5th edition of THe BBF ( Black Beauty Festival).

The theme for 2021 is “Joy and Magic”- two words that perfectly encompass the BFF experience.

This is a FREE  two day festival
