Lincoln Square presents “Apple Fest 39”

The 39th Annual Apple Fest runs on N. Lincoln Avenue between W. Lawrence and W. Sunnyside Avenues in Lincoln Square.

Hours are :

Friday, October 2, 2026, 3pm to 7pm;

Saturday, October 3, 9am to 6pm;

Sunday, October 4, 9am to 6pm.

Admission is a $5 suggested donation.

Shop fresh-picked apples, cider and seasonal favorites from Midwest farms, try apple-inspired dishes from local restaurants and food vendors, and sip hard and non-alcoholic ciders and seasonal beers. The marketplace includes artists, makers and local businesses, with live music, DJs, family entertainment and hands-on kids activities.

The 39th annual Lincoln Square Apple Fest returns this fall, bringing the best of all things apple to the heart of Chicago. Presented by the Lincoln Square Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce, the beloved neighborhood festival invites attendees to eat, shop and celebrate the flavors of the season along Lincoln Avenue between Lawrence and Sunnyside.

Festival-goers can enjoy apple-inspired food and beverages from local restaurants and specialty vendors, shop from regional artisans and makers, and browse offerings from Midwest farms bringing the fall harvest to the city. From classic apple pie and fresh cider to creative seasonal specialties, there is something for every apple lover to enjoy.

Premier Sponsor, Affy Tapple will be available for purchase throughout the weekend while supplies last. On Saturday, the Affy Tapple team will be on-site with a special dipping station activation, giving visitors a chance to experience firsthand how the iconic treats are made. Additional sponsor activations are expected throughout the weekend.

Apple Fest will also welcome several new food vendors in 2026, including Beard & Belly, Chills Italian Ice, Holy Crepes, Jun Bug Kombucha, La Boulangerie, Pretty Cool Ice Cream, Roasted Corn & Company, Sfera Sicilian Street Food, and Union Dumpling House. Another farm is joining in on the fun  as well, we’re welcoming a farmstead creamery, J2K Capraio,  and they will have fresh, ripened, cave aged goat and cow milk cheeses – perfect pairings for the mighty apple.

In addition to specialty food vendors, artisans from across the region will offer seasonal décor, handmade gifts, jewelry, candles, clothing and more. Families can enjoy live entertainment at “The Apple Core  Stage” at Lincoln and Leland Plaza and a DJ Booth at “The Apple Jams DJ Booth” at Lincoln and Lawrence. We’ll also have  activities for children and plenty of opportunities to celebrate fall in one of Chicago’s most popular neighborhood festivals.
